The Weekend Classic Box brings together two of our most loved bakes: our naturally fermented Country White Sourdough and two freshly baked cinnamon rolls.Our Country White is slow fermented for 48 hours, made with quality flour, sea salt and natural sourdough starter. The long fermentation develops deeper flavour and a beautiful crust.The cinnamon rolls are soft, rich and freshly baked, topped with cream cheese icing.Perfect for a relaxed Saturday morning or sharing with someone special.Freshly baked in Newbridge every weekend.
