Our Wholemeal Sourdough is rich, wholesome, and full of natural flavour.
Slowly fermented for over 48 hours, it’s made with organic flours, water, and sea salt nothing more, nothing less.
This loaf has a hearty texture, deep aroma, and a slightly nutty taste that pairs beautifully with butter, soups, or cheese.
Naturally leavened and baked in small batches for a real artisan finish.
Each loaf is handcrafted in Newbridge, following traditional sourdough techniques that make it easier to digest and full of goodness.
