Our Focaccia with Rosemary & Maldon Salt is soft, aromatic, and baked with golden olive oil for that perfect crisp edge.

Handcrafted in small batches and fermented slowly for depth of flavor, each focaccia is topped with fresh rosemary and flakes of Maldon sea salt bringing together a balance of fragrance, flavor, and texture.

It’s perfect on its own, as a side with soups or pasta, or used as a base for sandwiches.

Made with the same care and patience as our sourdough no additives, just real ingredients and time.
